  2. Customers may ask for colour substitution or customize their own design.
  3. Items sold are not returnable, re-changeable or replaceable. Sales are final.
  4. Serious buyer only, Back-out buyers are not allowed.
  5. Money is not refundable if customer made any cancellation.
  6. Orders will be made after you have paid either full payment / deposit 50% payment.
  7. Orders may take 3 – 7 days to be done ±3 days for posting. Delivery will only be made on Tuesday.
  8. Postage fees may be applied for customers besides than “by hand” delivery.
  9. Order placement can be made either by filling up the “Order Form” in the blog, email, private message in Facebook or SMS to mobile hp.
  10. Account number will be email/sms to you after order form is filled.
  11. Please inform us when either through email or sms after payment have been made and give us the reference number as a proof.
  12. We are not responsible for any damages caused while delivery.
